・Precautions in the camp

　*Please do not make a mess or break things as we are renting the campsite. Please leave garbage in the designated area or take it home with you.

　Please smoke only in designated areas.

　Minors also participate in this camp. Please behave with common sense and good manners.

　Please keep your valuables with you and take care of them at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any theft or loss.

 

・Wristbands

Please be sure to wear the wristbands distributed at the camp registration desk throughout the camp. (It will be used as a marker for each WORKSHOP, lodging, etc.)

  If you lose your wristband, you may be asked to pay again. Please be careful.

Please present your wristband to the staff when re-entering the venue.

　*2DAYS Ticket Vinyl yellow band

　1DAY Ticket: Paper purple band on 16th / Paper orange band on 17th

　Single ticket White band (WS name will be written on the band)

 

　*Admission fee: 16th paper gold / 17th paper blue

 

・About Accommodation

　Reception and payment will be at the SDCJ reception desk at the entrance of the campground.

　Check-in for the indoor facilities will begin around 3:00 pm. Please store your luggage and other belongings by yourself until 　then, and join the camp.　

　Please do not open the door at the back of the room if you are using a trailer house.

*For those using tents

　After payment, please ask at the reception desk to borrow a sleeping bag (shrug), mat, and lantern. The sleeping bag is included in the fee.

　Shower and bath facilities are available 24 hours a day. However, we expect the showers and baths to be crowded, so please share the showers and baths with others. Please bring your own towels.

 

　Check-out time for each facility is 10:00 a.m. Please be aware that the next guest may arrive before 10:00 a.m. Please be punctual as the next guest may be arriving.

 

・About WORKSHOP

　*Please register at each WS venue before the start time.

　Staff will check your wristband, so please show it to them.

　Those without wristbands will not be able to attend the class.

　The schedule may be delayed due to transportation and the end time of the workshop. Please understand this.

 

　Please be sure to wear your wristband before attending the class. Those without wristbands may be asked to leave the venue.

 

・About meals

Meals* will be sold at the BBQ B site during breakfast, lunch and dinner hours. Please purchase the amount you need. Please use the space in the campground for meals at your own discretion.

*A variety of meals and drinks (after hours) are available for purchase at the booths in the center building and in the campground. Please use these as well.

 

Vending machines are also available in the campground.

 

・About participating in and watching the battle

The venue will be in the center building.

Entry will be made at the camp reception desk.

　Entry fee of 1,000 yen per person will be charged.

　If you don't have a partner yet, please communicate with them and find one in the camp. Even if you don't have a partner, we will match you up in the battle room.

The deadline for entry is 7:00 p.m. on each day. (If you can't make it in time to participate in the battle only, you can register directly at the center building.)

The battle is scheduled to start at 9:00 p.m. on both days.

 

*Spectating is free of charge.

 

・About the Night Party

 

The party will be held at the *Center Building. The party will be held after the battle.

 

・Information at the end of the camp (when each camp member packs up)

Campers who have used the camp's accommodations are requested to clean up after themselves.

There are no special check-out procedures. Please return your keys, sleeping bags, mats, and other borrowed items to the campground reception.

If you wish to use public transportation such as cabs, please make your own arrangements.

 

If you wish to leave early in the morning, please be sure to make reservations in advance; the SDCJ organizers will not be able to make such arrangements.

The tent booth at the entrance of the campground will serve as the camp headquarters. If you have any questions, please contact the tent booth.
